Villa Incantevole covers three levels with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Wood floors, antique majolica tiles, and elegant crystal chandeliers are just of few of the special details awaiting visitors inside. The middle level serves as the property entrance with stairs leading to the upper and lower levels.
The villa’s kitchen is ultra-modern with all the necessary equipment and amenities such as a six-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, and an Italian coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is an artistically styled dining room with hand crafted tiling, an elegant dining table, and direct access to the panoramic terrace with dining and seating areas.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms of Villa Incantevole are exceptional. They have been equipped with air conditioning and a TV and are decorated with plush linens and bedding. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the others share private bathrooms just outside their doors. The master suite enjoys a lovely private terrace with seating, while the other bedrooms have a shared terrace or balcony access with spectacular sea views.
Completing this luxurious property are the infinity pool and blooming gardens located on multi-level terraces. Guests can soak up the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a pool-side aperitivo, all while taking in the incredible views of Li Galli Island and Fornillo Beach. LOCATION
Villa Incantevole is conveniently located at the top of Positano in a quaint little neighborhood. From the street level, the villa’s entrance is 55 steps down. Within close proximity are a bar, mini-market, and a couple of restaurants. The local and SITA bus stops are right outside at the street level. The town center and both beaches of Positano can be reached within a leisurely 15 to 20 minute walk downhill.
